Join our welcoming community at Move Cancer out of this Town - Walking & Stretching Group for a special program event dedicated to those on their cancer journey or cancer survivors. We come together to walk, engage in gentle stretching exercises, and focus on breathing techniques to promote overall wellness. Whether you are in recovery or currently battling cancer this event is for you.
Connect with others who have experienced similar journeys, and enjoy the healing benefits of physical activity and mindfulness. Let's take steps towards better health and positivity, as we move through our session with strength and solidarity. Don't miss this opportunity to uplift your spirits and strengthen your body in a supportive and caring environment.
We currently offer this group via Meet Up in Darlinghurst and Marrickville. Other locations will come online shortly.
Move Cancer out of this town - Mover, Shaker and Thriver Program
At All Together Thriving, we believe in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. Our Move Cancer out of this town programs are evidence-based, specifically designed for Cancer patients and survivors. Move Cancer out of this town is a comprehensive face to face program. We focus on:
- Nutrition that fits and is easy to maintain
- Moving and how to make exercise fun
- Sleep and why it's important
- Connection to self and going within yourself
- Simplifying life to manage stress and anxiety
- Giving to yourself and the community
- Managing Emotions and taking control of what you can.
You will also be part of a peer support network that will be with you every step of the way. The program requires a weekly 2 hour investment (plus homework) over a 4 week period.
Program feedback
- Clients have control over their program and achieve personal bests with exercise
- A new lease on life and more positive mindset
- Clients get fit and strong during treatment and maintain
- Creation and access to social networks.
Move Cancer out of this town - Mover Program (Clinic)
Register your interest for our next clinic on the benefits of exercise while someone is on their Cancer journey and offer some practical tips to get started. This session is suited to those on their Cancer journey, carers and families supporting Cancer.
This is a free clinic available to Genesis Care patients and the Inner West community.

For a $90* and 45 minute time investment (plus homework), our personal trainers will take a personalized and evidence-based approach to your wellness, utilizing the latest research and techniques to help you achieve your health goals.
