At All Together Thriving, we believe that every child should be given the opportunity to be set up for success. Partnering with Full Potential Pediatrics, we have designed 'Healthy Happy Friends', a practical suite of programs specifically for children that want to experience a change in their lifestyle.

Healthy Happy Friends is a comprehensive face to face program based in Ashfield, New South Wales. We focus on:

• Nutrition that fits and is easy to maintain
• Moving and how to make exercise fun
• Sleep and why it's important 
• Connection to self and going within yourself
• Simplifying life to manage stress and anxiety.
• Managing emotions and taking control of what you can
• Giving to yourself and back to the community

We cover the full program in the school holidays over 5 full days (depending on the program). We baseline your lifestyles and teach your child the foundations of the program. All participants keep of diary of how they progressing.

For a $1,895 and 5 full days time investment (plus homework), our holistic program will equip your child (supported by their family) with the required life skills and tools to set them up for success. Payment plans are also available.
