Healthy Happy Friends - Mover, Shaker & Thriver Programs
At All Together Thriving, we believe that every child should be given the opportunity to be set up for success. Partnering with Full Potential Pediatrics, we have designed 'Healthy Happy Friends', a practical suite of programs specifically for children that want to experience a change in their lifestyle.
Healthy Happy Friends is a comprehensive face to face program based in Ashfield, New South Wales. We focus on:
- Nutrition that fits and is easy to maintain
- Moving and how to make exercise fun
- Sleep and why it's important
- Connection to self and going within yourself
- Simplifying life to manage stress and anxiety.
- Managing emotions and taking control of what you can
- Giving to yourself and back to the community
We kick off the program in the school holidays over 2 full days (depending on the program) to baseline your lifestyles and to teach your child the foundations of the program. All participants keep of diary of how they progressing with a weekly face to face review.
For a $1,895, 2 full days and then a 2 hours a week for 4 weeks time investment (plus homework), our holistic 6-week program will equip your child (supported by their family) with the required life skills and tools to set them up for success. Payment plans are also available.
Our next program starts 9th July 2025 (during the school holidays).

Personal Training
We are partnering with Full Potential Physiotherapy to provide Personal Training services in Ashfield, NSW specifically for children with special needs. These are personalised 45 minute sessions designed with your child's goals in mind. The sessions are fun, interactive and will result in your child getting up a bit of a sweat.
For a $85 per session and 45 minute time investment (plus some homework) your child will get a great tailored workout with many smiles. To register or learn more reach out via hello@fpphysio.com
Skill and Thrills - every Thursday
We are partnering with Full Potential Physiotherapy to provide Skills and Thrills sessions in Ashfield NSW. These are 50 mins of all activities gross motor. Think balance beams, cartwheels, ball skills, team games - fun, fitness and skills supporting children with special needs.
We cater for children from walking age through to 4 years of age. For a $25 per session and 50 minute time investment your child will secure a spot in our classes (based on availability). To register or learn more reach out via hello@fpphysio.com
